Your nervousness from the ceremony will have faded and the hunger pains from not being able to eat all day will finally be satisfied. You and your spouse will be introduced as husband and wife and asked to take the dance floor. The music starts and you wow the crowd with a nice dance step, a few turns and a final dip as the song fades into silence. It doesn't take much to make this very special moment one that you will cherish for the rest of your life. But it does take some preparation.
At Date Night Dance Company we understand the importance of every detail in planning your special day. The first dance starts with selecting the right song for you. If you're still looking for that song, we can help.
Once you have your song in hand, let's put it together with the dance that fits you and the styling of the song you've selected. Our instruction will provide you with the foundation moves of that dance as well as a special move or two that will make the dance yours. We will also teach you how to enter the dance floor with your partner, how to end the dance with flair and how to gracefully exit the dance floor.

Private Lessons are Perfect
for Your First Dance
Date Night Dance offers private lessons to help you learn to dance for that very special first dance. Private lessons are also great for Father of the Bride and Mother of the Groom dances. You will receive individual attention as you learn to dance to your chosen songs.
For your First Dance our package of 3 lessons is our most popular. It will give you a classic dance with 3-4 moves to rotate through as well as an entrance and finish. Our package of 5 lessons adds showier moves that will wow your crowd and is also good for couples wanting to use more than one song. Pick the package that works for you.
One lesson is usually adequate for Father of the Bride and mother of the Groom dances unless you are looking for something more than a basic dance.
Check our calendars for lesson dates and times. Our Private Lessons Page lists prices for all lesson packages.

Parents of the Bride and Groom as well as their attendants can have a lot of fun learning to dance. Dance lessons become a social event when taken with family and friends and you'll all learn some new moves to show off on the dance floor. Consider getting a group together for lessons.
